Salvation Through Jesus Christ

If you don't know the Lord in your life, you can know him. God wants you to enter His Kingdom. He wants to see you saved. He loves you, and wants to bless you and set you free. Luke 1:77-79 says, "To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins, through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, to give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace." If you have been abused, you have been in and you know, that you have lived i n darkness for a very long time. God wants to bring you out into the light. How is the possible, you ask? It''s simple, through the remission of our sins. All you have to do is ask J esus into your heart. No one else can save you like Jesus. Acts 4:12 says "Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is none other name under Heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved." Are you ready to ask Jesus into your heart? If you are, then pray this prayer with me.

Father, it is written in Your Word that if I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that You have raised Him from the dead, I shall be saved. Therefore, Father, I confess that Jesus is my Lord. I make Him Lord of my life right now. I believe in my heart that You raised Jesus from the dead. I renounce my past life with Satan and close the door to any of his devices.

I thank You for forgiving me of all my sin. Jesus is my Lord, and I am a new creation. Old things have passed away; now all things become new in Jesus' name. Amen.

If you just said this prayer with me, I'd like you to send me an email at annaleigh@aswaterspassingby.org. I would like to welcome you into the family. You were already a member of the survivor family, but now you are also a member of God's family! :)

One more note -- Healing is totally possible with God. He wants to ease your pain. He knows how you have suffered. (Psalms 56:8) That you suffered is not God's will for you. God created us with a free will, so unfortunately, your abusers used this gift to do evil. But God can heal your hurts. Jesus bore every beating, every rape, every molesting, every cruel word spoken to you, every aftermath issue you face, so that you could be healed (Isaiah 53:5).
