New:
I am still doing various updates around the site. Much will be done today/tomorrow, as I have to pull an allnighter for
unrelated reasons. I'm going to work extensively on the site.

0 Continued researching and coding "survivors of color" section.

I have done a tiny amount of work in the last couple nights, and hopefully I should finish some more as I will be on
Spring Break. I love you guys so much I'm willing to work even when I have time off. ;)

I am going to attempt some more updates over the next few hours. I probably will not be doing
anything to the site tomorrow, as I will be getting my own computer back and will need to make
some adjustments.

4/1/2006:
Arrrgh and a half! :( I will not have my computer back until Tuesday, so I have capitulated and
done some small additions via this loaner computer. Also, there was some more violence that
broke out in town. Very upsetting! :(

3/30/2006:
Ugh! My computer has broken down yet again. I am on a substitute computer. Hopefully tomorrow I
will be able to call the computer place and see if it has been fixed yet. All emails sent in the
last few days have been caught up with. I will try and come up with some small updates, but I'm
not sure how that will go.

Sheesh, I devoted 2 hours to this site yet managed not to get much done. Hopefully I will spend more time on the site
today.

I am officially going to train to be a social worker! I saw my vocational rehab counselor yesterday. Soon I will be more of
an authority for this site. I'm excited!

Good afternoon everybody! The site continues to progress. I am very proud that I have done quite a bit of updating today.
Also, I recieved a book I purchased for the AWPB research library. :)

Wow, I can't believe it! This month marks 6 years of this site's existence! It somehow survived my troubles, hosting and
domain changes and everything! It started out as a girl playing with what was supposed to be unlimited webspace, and some
knowledge of HTML and a lot of knowledge about what it's like to be a survivor. I thank everyone who has supported me or
this site in some way. To see who I owe thanks to, go here. I will try and do tons of
work this month and next month (next month is Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Awareness Month). I have a long to-do list and I
will try and bring you as much information and new sections as I am able.
0 Am making a lot of progress with reworking the Rape/Sexual Abuse Survivor Links section. Might be done tomorrow.
0 Updated Mary J. Blige's listing in Notable Survivors after seeing an interview with her that touched on her abusive past.
0 Added three Scriptures at Scriptures @ Christian section.
0 Signed the poetry section up for another webring.
2/28/2006:
I have been working on the site when I can, squeezing things in as time becomes available. I will be continuing to work here
and there. This week I have several appointments, an essay due, and obligations with another website. But updates will be done!

0 Finally finished revamping and validating the Domestic Violence links section!
0 I intend to start revamping the Sexual Abuse/Rape links section. This should take some time.

Hi everybody! I did not do much with this website while I had the substitute computer because I had so much work to do for my
schoolwork. I did get started on a new section however. And I have my computer back! Yippie! It was covered under warranty
too. :)
0 Have begun work on a list of volunteering and donation opportunities for survivors and supporters.
0 Added a new story, "Diary of a Rape Victim" to the Survivor Stories section.
0 Added former U.S. President Bill Clinton to notable survivor list.
0 Added a link to The Multiple Journey in Dissociative Identity Disorder @ Aftermath section, and added a link to TMJ
webmistress Joanna's petition on behalf of DID survivors to the main page. Go sign it!
2/15/2006:
I have some somewhat bad news. My computer has broken down, so updates may be here and there for a while until I get word
that my computer has been fixed. However, since the rent-to-own place I am purchasing my computer from has given me a loaner
until mine is ready, there WILL be updates. One thing that will have to wait is the reworking of the links section *sigh* I
wanted to complete the darn thing. Oh well, watch this space!

Good morning! I've added several awards today and yesterday. Some are free to take by all survivors, some were applied for,
some were simply given to me. All are awesome! Anyway, some plans I had have been dashed, so I have time for small updates at
least between classwork and Bible study.

links.
0 Added awards from Ann Free Spirit, Surviving the Memories, Aphrodite Wounded, Over the Rainbow, and Angels That Care.
0 Added an update to my personal story. It's a lot more update than my August 2005 update!

Yeah, I know I've been a stranger lately! I have been busy, but I have missed working on the site. I did a little bit last
night, a little bit today, hopefully if I have the energy tomorrow I'll do some more. I have a RTF file that contains a list
of stuff I need/want to do with the site. If I had to memorize everything I've come up with or been suggested, I would
forget everything. :P

Howdy! I am very much in the middle of tons of schoolwork right now. I just recently turned in my research paper, and now I
have to study for a quiz, plus the Algebra and History finals. I am probably going to pass Algebra. I am so proud! :D I have
so much to attend to right now, but I am trying my best to get everything done.

Today was my late Dad's birthday, and I also have been working on my research paper for class, so I have not done too much
around the site today. I did however, begin the process or rearranging and vaildating the current links section. It may take
a while because I'm adding descriptions of each site instead of just putting the links there. Until then, if you find that
a link is broken, please email me and let me know and I will remove it
from the current link list right away. I don't want anyone running into pornographic content because someone bought a domain
or url to an abandoned survivor site. Thanks!

Oh my...I have an Algebra final to prepare for as well as a History final & research paper. Until I at least get through
the research paper, updates will be small things here and there, responding to your emails & adding any content you suggest,

Welcome to As Waters Passing By's new home! :D Somehow with my limited energy I completed the move yesterday. As you can see
we also have a new What's New page because the old one was already pretty big. I don't know off hand how much I will get
done around here right away, but keep watching. I have to finish up the support group section, and then I have a lot of
little updates to attend to.
